in this workshop of four hour-long discussions of how we interact with the
Universe. Learn to:
% Recognize the many ways the Universe speaks to us
% Clear the static that interferes with universal communication
% Increase universal communication
% Expand our connection with our higher selves.
Each session includes simple practices that anyone can do.
Session 1: Listen to how the Universe speaks.
Learn to recognize the many ways the Universe communicates. There will be opportunities to share your own stories of universal guidance.
Session 2: Clear the static that blocks Universal Communication.
Learn to tune out the static that prevents hearing the universal voice. Discover ways to relax your body, calm your emotions and slow down your mind.
Session 3: Welcome the stillness.
Create an environment of stillness and focus that encourages communication with your higher self.
Session 4: Become partners with the Universe.
The Universe is interactive. Dialogue with it and connect with that expanded part of yourself that can guide you to discover who you truly are.
Workshop facilitator: Ferida Wolff, author of Listening Outside Listening Inside and The Adventures of Swamp Woman.
Ferida Wolff has been exploring the terrain of self for almost thirty years. She has n MS in Education as well as a certificate in Holistic Studies. As a teacher of Yoga, she helped her students focus on and access their inner truth. She is also the author of fourteen books for children, many on themes that encourage seeing the world and ourselves in new ways.
